  : It was clean and room was specious.
  : Staff is just not friendly and not accommodating at all. I dont want anybody to go out there way, but being friendly and simple good morning with a smile does go a long way. It is really NOT worth a price. The staff should be train in customer service for sure.

  : Friendly staff, spacious room, balcony with a nice view to town and hills, comfortable bed, fridge (a real mini fridge, not a minibar stuffed with overpriced drinks), air condition, free access to pool, jacuzzi and relax area in the spa. The whole place is beautiful, nicely decorated and makes you feel welcome. Breakfast was excellent, couldn't understand why former reviewers complained about it. We were allowed a late check out at no further charge, the staff everywhere were polite, friendly and spoke perfect English. If any problem occurred they were quick to take care of it, though it was a weekend. In our case we had a weak wifi signal. Within a short time a technician came and took care of it, and we had no further problem through our stay.
  : Hot water in the shower was somewhat weak, we had to turn the tap all the way to the end to get a good temperature. Too many noisy children in the pool, probably because it was the weekend. The pay parking for an extra 40 Zloti (approx 9 Euro) per night made you wonder why guests who pay 100 Euro per night can't get a free parking included. However all the above were small issues that had no affect on our whole experience, which was really formidable.

  : Staff from Bali is very kind, smiling, helpful all the time. Cannot tell the same about receptionist.
  : Booking a room for a family is not a good idea. We got double bed ( very comfortable ) and a sofa for 2. Sofa was 1 m wide, it could accomodate ma 15 year old son . After asking at reception we were told sofa is OK for 2 children. It is definitely not. Finaly we got one extra bed, but then no more space left in the room even for walking. If I had known this in time of booking I would not do it.

  : Location of the hotel is very close to city center, easy to reach to main square on foot. Under ground parking available, with additional fee but helpful. SPA services were exceptional. large area, and relaxing. Officers were helpful to arrange a massage for me. Definitely recommended to use SPA services,
  : during breakfast, unfortunately I have been asked 3 times for my room number. I felt that I was an outsider :( even though break fast was good and tasty. Also, during checking in there was kind of communication problem. Officer at the desk was helpful but English level was low. Comparing to the city, his English was OK, but from Mercure standard I was expected more. Even though he was helpful,
