: Location was fab, bathroom was amazing with the heated floor, staff were welcoming & lovely.
: The sofa & sofabed was very uncomfortable - could use a bigger sofa to accommodate more people.

: Centrally located comfortable serviced apartment. Well stocked (and restocked when requested). Having stayed in many cities I must say the staff were amazing - above and beyond in terms of friendliness and professionalism.
: Lack of English channels on tv although to be honest we were out most of the time so rarely used them.

: The location was excellent, next to the castle and in between the Old Town and the Jewish quarter. Very good cafe a few doors down for lunch and good pizza place on same street too if you fancy a takeaway The staff were very friendly and helpful and you could get free tea and coffee from the lounge, as well as provided in your room. Room was clean and modern and facilities good for cooking simple meals. We just used it for breakfast, as it was cheap to eat out. Nice big bed and it was very quiet, as we were facing the inner courtyard. We were very glad that we chose the Stradonia serviced apartments and would be very happy to stay there again.
: We had an problem getting the TV to work a couple of times, but as we weren't in our room much, it wasn't a big issue and I am sure the staff would have helped us sort it out, if we had told them. Just as a suggestion, a couple of tea towels for drying dishes would be useful, as for us it wasn't really worth putting the dishwasher on for so few dishes, but again, really not a big problem.

: Excellent location and value for money and well equipped.
: Pillows for us are always an issue, we need them to be small and soft but a minor point.
