  : Beautiful hotel, welcoming and helpful staff, the best location we could have chosen, lovely room with great bed and shower. The breakfast was also fantastic and the lunch we had as an extra for a tour was huge! Easy to find and close to everything including tram stops, the main square, bars, restaurants and 20 mins walk from the train station.
  : Nothing, I would stay here again immediately. There is some noise from the bar over the road but it really is not much and should not put you off this fantastic hotel.

  : Hotel in a Great Location - Krakow's Old Town, just a few minutes' walk to the main square. There is a tram stop near the hotel, making it easy to reach and visit other attractions outside the Old Town. The hotel staff is very friendly and pleasant, always smiling and willing to assist guests. The room was very clean, equipped with air conditioning, with everything in working order and comfortable beds. The windows are well-insulated, providing excellent soundproofing, so no noise from the street gets in. During our stay, housekeeping came daily to tidy the room and replenish the complimentary coffee, tea, and mineral water. The breakfast was wonderful: beautifully presented, interesting, with a wide variety of dishes that go beyond the standard hotel fare, and plenty of fruit, so everyone can find something they like.
  : Although the hotel is in a great location, it is quite noisy, as is typical for old town areas in many cities, due to the nearby cafes, restaurants, and other entertainment venues. Therefore, sleeping with the windows open is not possible; you’ll need to rely on the air conditioning. Additionally, the coffee machine at breakfast needs an update, as it is an outdated model and takes a long time to make a single cup.
