  : The English speaking staff I contacted were very helpful. The room was large with some nice features (fireplace, windows, new kitchen). The location was good and central. The cost was cheap which was nice.
  : Noone responds to Booking.com messages which meant I was anxious noone would be there and had no check in information until I arrived. You have to call to check in (pay for roaming). The room had some not so nice features: the sheets had holes and the pillow smelled of sweat, there was no shower mat and the air-conditioner was very noisy.

  : seems that the place hasn't been thoutched since the 80s; the exterior of the building is unkept and filthy; have to call a local mobile to get the code to the building, and only get that information once you get to the front door; the room itself has dust balls everywhere; shower/tub "booth" was black wihtout lights; water was scolding hot and difficult to adjust; water didn't drain from the tub untill next morning; matress (if i can call it that way) was merely a sponge; there was supposedly wifi but i only managed to connect once over two days and once connected couldn't even open the web search page; on the second night electricity went off at 10pm and only came back the followig morning at 10am. i had to pay a deposit of 200zl for the room key that was supposed to have been reversed once i returned the key but the host/building manager wasn't available to receive it and there was no other alternative given to return the key.

  : Location was quite good. Next to city center, trainstation walking distance.
  : Dirty beds, hairs everywhere, dirty sheets, we did found a molded glass between bed and wall. There were used q-tips under the pillow of the couch. A hole in the ceiling, no power in the bathroom, we were 4 guys and they provided 3 towels and half a roll of toilet paper. The bed in the living room must be replaced - most uncomfortable bed I ever slept in. The mattress was horrible.Even without the Rammstein price raise it is not worth the money.

  : Great location: in the a very center of Katowice, 5 minutes from central train station and other central places. Wasn't difficult to find, we had a key to access the room even at night (and by using outside door code). The room was quite big. Price is really good for such a location. There was mini-kitchen and a refregirator, which was useful.
  : The biggest problem was cleanliness. For us, it is extremely important. When we came, the room was very dusty, and what's strange, that the toilet had very visible "color" traces of usage by previous guests. We asked the administrator to clean up the mess and the cleaning lady helped with that - and we thank for that (otherwise, I can't even imagine staying there). However still some places remained dusty, e.g. entrance door, and that dreadful "rug" in the center - we avoided to accidentely step on it. Apart from that, the room was dark: lack of bright electric lights. Also, we weren't sure if bed sheets were washed. Another disadvantage: we had to pay returnable deposit 200 PLN only with plastic card (no paypass/mobile) and these money returned only after 10 days. Ok, we didn't expect much for the cheap price, however, cleaniness - perhaps it something that essential even in the cheapest hotels. Actually, it didn't spoiled our good stay in the city, and we liked the location, however, our recommendation for the hotel owners to pay a lot of attention to cleaniness which will make this hotel quite a pleasant place to stay, especially with such a really good price.

  : Apartment were not clean at all, dust was everywhere, balcony is a great plus, but not when it is in terrible conditions

  : Excellent service by the owner and his team but I need to bear in mind that flights can be delayed and the check-in ends at 10pm - thankfully, the owner accommodated us and waited until past 11pm! Next time we'll book an earlier flight to be completely relaxed in this regard. The location of the flat is absolutely perfect in terms of proximity to the town centre and the Spodek venue. It was clean and had pretty much everything we needed.
  : A few small touches to make the place perfect: a mirror in the bathroom would be great and the shower unfortunately leaked but I am sure both will be addressed easily. The final improvement point was the WiFi which dropped off a few times throughout the day, maybe because we were on the 3rd floor. Other than that, all good!

  : Nothing. The only plus that it's located in the center, but you have to think twice before going up and down stairs.
  : There is no elevator in the building and we had a room on the 4th floor (counting from zero it's 5th floor) and we had 2 large suitcases (25kg and 30kg) and it was real hell caring it upstairs and then bringing it down. It's hard to go up even without luggage. There was no linen on the bad. Some furniture in the room and bathroom is broken. Everything is old and should be renewed.

  : Dirty apartment, pigeons poos on balcony so we didn't use it, no curtains on window so it was too warm inside from 5am. Dirty dishes, floor, windows, doors. Only bathroom was somehow let's say clean....
