: Well breakfast was delicius , great viarity, the bread was delicious , kitchen staff was great , happy and kind. It was the best part of my stay.
: Well, where to start with, everything was easy at our check-in , the owner was really nice , telling us about what to do , where to go , very friendly. We got our keys and went up to our Deluxe Room and when i got inside my nightmare started. I went straight to booking.com and checked if i was at the right place. When my partner and I booked the room we decided to pay a bit extra for the Deluxe room with balcony but the room i got has nothing to do with the room ive booked. I cant even explain, i booked this beautiful room and i got a room that i really wanted to cry when i got inside of it, i have no words to explain it. I got so upset i wanted to leave straight away . So i took a min. to digest it and i asked my partner to go down and speak to the owner. Her first response was "Maybe somebody put the wrong pictures on the website." Not happy with her response we showed her the pics of the room we have booked and she said "this room is not avalible." So they gave us a lovely call to confirm our arrivel time But they couldnt let us know in advance that the room i ve just booked wasnt available . At this point i was so frustrated already and i believe she could see it throuh my eyes, she offered us a different room. Both rooms she offered still had nothing to do with the Deluxe room we have booked. Finally i came myself down and i decided to move to this studio room he offered(Still lower quality from what we've booked) it was already early evening so i decided to let it go and try to enjoy my stay.It was very desappointing not to get what i have paid for.But it didnt end there , because when we arrived for the lovely breafast next norning she almost ruined it , she started arguing with my partner saying that the room was exactly as it was in the website(NOT TRUE). Well, we enjoyed the only good thing about that place wich was the Breakfast. For the Owner please be fair with ur Guests.

: Everything else was very good. Fantastic location, lovely breakfast. Would recommend and stay again.
: Just a small suggestion--there were no towels in the room. When we asked about them, we were asked if we hadnt brought our own.. We were eventually given them, but when the room description on booking.com says towels provided, customer shouldn't have to ask for them.Also, communication with the guest house wasn't the best. Emails via booking.com were apparently not received. I had to make a phone call and email privately to secure the booking.
