: Large room, stylish house with character, welcome host
: Room was a bit cold (lack of blankets), breakfast is not included in the price which is unusual for Poland, a bit far from the centre

: The atmospere in the house is fantastic. It's in the style of hunter's house with many prizes around, wooden ladder, pictures. Lovely veranda used as the dining room. Nice garden around the cottage.
: I'd love to have a fridge in the room. The shared one in the kitchen is too small for 5 families living altogether. Heating in rooms needs to be improved.

Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
: The place is a very good starting point for hiking, there is an excellent restaurant nearby and it is far away from the crowded center. So the location is really great. The owner is very nice and she addressed all our requests (replacing sheets with feather with antiallergic ones etc.). Kitchen is very well equiped. Everything is clean and feels like home (actually better as the whole interior is very stylish and consistently furnished).
: Our apartment was on 1 floor and a shared kitchen and dining facilities were on the ground floor. But this was rather a minor inconvenience.

: Location is perfect. The host Lady is very friedly and welcoming. Room is spacious, very clean and nicely furnished. Very comfortable bed and great coffee in the kitchen.
: Aparently the house is meant to resemble "hunting" mansion, because there are stuffed animal heads on the walls. As animal lovers we definitely did not enjoy this.

Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
: Beautiful, spacious, tastefully decorated apartment with a living room/couch and TV, 2 bedrooms and an extra seating area with table and chairs on the first floor. Very nice bathroom. If you want to prepare meals, there is a shared kitchen downstairs. There is also a very nice and beautifully decorated community breakfast/lunch/dinner room, where everyone can eat and a balcony that can be used. Very quiet location. Everything was sparkling clean. The house is beautifully decorated, and we loved the large mirrors and beautiful flowers outside. Parking is safe and secure next to the house and there is an entry gate. Wifi worked fine. Just a short walk to Karpacz pedestrian zone with many restaurants and shops. Also very close to chairlift that goes up to the famous Schneekoppe "Sniezka" mountain. Very sweet and friendly landlady, Barbara. It should be noted that she only speaks Polish, just a few words of English and German. So, if you are not afraid of language barriers, it's all right. Her son speaks English and I talked to him on the phone when our communication became real challenging.
