  : good location and food.

: Breakfast, there was a wide selection to choose from, and food and drink was replaced throughout the breakfast service. 10 minute walk to both slopes.
: Broken shower head. Main lightbulb was out in our room so we had to walk through darkness every time when entering it. We were put up next to the Panoramic Spa which meant we could hear kids screaming through the wall late into each night before it closed at 9pm. You have to pay 30 per hour to use the panoramic spa which felt like a rip off considering the (free) spa downstairs was rubbish. Its in a basement room with no windows. Half the facilities in there were out of order, there were no clean towels and the water fountain was empty, so when youre leaving the dry sauna you have no means of rehydrating. Half of us got a suspect rash after using the sauna/ hot tub in there so not sure what chemicals the hotel is using to keep it clean. One of the receptionists lost our room key, so coming back after dinner one night we had to wait and then use the cleaners emergency key. A key going missing is very concerning when we left valuables in the room (work laptops, cash, passports, camera and jewellery) and no means of locking them up as the rooms dont have safes. Rooms are not cleaned regularly throughout your stay, you have to request that at reception. Overall, we were very disappointed by the hotel, and will not be coming back.
