  : I like the place. But I was surprised that restaurant is close at 9 pm. i was on late arrival...that was nothing to eat...receptionist wasLokk at my entries having nothing to offer, even a sandwich, the only solution was to eat peanuts from room bar, definitely not enough for 4 star hotel.

  : Nice place in the middle of woods. Nice breakfast, clean rooms.
  : Very disapoiting woman on reception durin check in. Understood she cant speak English, but she didnt even tried to say anything in polish (we are czech and we understood as well). She just literally gave us one! Card for room, I have to asked about everything by myself (wellness, breakfast..) - se didnt responded just give us paper with polish information, she even not smiling, or saying hi when you are pass her. Also another man on evening reception was disapoiting, only young one during check out was kind. Some parts of hotel needs more care - white ballons outside, totally green - why not clean them? Loud disco music from kitchen can hear in front of hotel, also very loud cleaning women.Missing thrash bin at room? Why? Why didnt anyone told us about that?

  : Very very poor level for a 4-star hotel. Feeling that the owner has no willingness or no capacity to invest and make it at the standard of other four-star hotels. Very limited staff available, and quite unfriendly but for one person in the restaurant. There was nobody at the reception desk when we arrived on Thursday night, and we had to go through multiple corridors to eventually find somebody who could call the receptionist. All seemed very old and without any style (furniture in our room seemed to be an assembly of unsuited pieces coming from an antic). No attention at all to the details (the holding bars in the swimming pool which are not solidely fixed, the hamam which does not produce any steam, the hospital-style lights in the swimming pool and in the sauna), no staff and no towels available in the swiming pool area with the spa actually closed when we stayed, the poorness of the wifi actually disfunctioning most of the time in our room. Really felt that the owner is trying to save on all costs, but this is obviously at the detriment of the customers (no one would dare to say guests in this hotel). I had reserved for three nights, but looking at the disaster, wanted to cancel the last two nights adn look for another place, but was just answered that the details on the hotel were in the confirmation mail. So no refund. Booking.com is to be blamed for this stay too. Looking at the hotel, it is ununderstandable this hotel attracted a rating above 8 when I booked, which means Booking does not monitor and double-check the opinions and ratings that are posted. At least in respect of this hotel.
