Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : Location was nice - middle of the town, beautiful building in front of the hotel, close to the nice park, several restaurants around. Staff was helpful.
  : - we took the three people room and it was very small, really cramped - you have around 30-40 centimeters between the edge of the bed and a wall- when we arrived, the child bed was not prepared- this is an old, German building adapted to the role of the hotel only on the surface or we were just unlucky to be on the last floor - floor, carpeted, is an old, wooden floor, that creaks with every step you make- you cant get the hot water from the shower - lukewarm at best. Overall bathroom components (like toilet bowl or shower)design was disgusting, you couldnt really tell if it was gross and horribly dirty - thats the first impression - or clean. Check the attached photo and zoom for details- no facilities offered by the hotel, room had a tv and a bottle opener, thats it- while the breakfast is decent, they serve exactly the same stuff every single day. After two days you have enough, but no - again two sorts of cheese, three sort of meat, bread, butter some yoghurt and eggs - plus juices. We noticed that some yoghurts were way beyond their best before date- no elevator/lift. When you have a lot of luggage and last floor room - its a workout you dont really enjoy after long drive- parking there is a mess - its a hit or miss. They have three garages, but you cant really book them - who comes first, wins. Then youre on your own, dont believe them theres a lot of public parking spaces around - they are all taken. Then, when you get the garage - they will park other guests that they block the access to your car and you need to wait for those people to come and move their car, so you can drive off. - no air conditioning - price/value ratio. This is a one/two star hotel that charges a three/four star prices.
