  : Place was modern and good. We ordered apartaments in old town to feel spirit of past time, but they could offer just new apartaments.

  : The apt was beautiful and well stocked. The location was amazing to local attractions.
  : The hot water heater was devastating. It was totally cold for showers. ( freezing outside). I called and was told to turn on all faucets. Then water came out hot but if you tried to adjust it went back to cold. So annoying! You do have to pick up keys at a separate office that is a short walk or long cab ride away. A lock box with code would be so easy.

  : Excellent location, walking distance to the centre, without the noise. Would be easier, if the keys were available to pick up on site. But would happily recommend and stay again!

  : Good localization, when i asked to clean dirty shower someone quickly arrived, good wifi (problems with 5G)
  : Close to the street, but traffic is forbidden on it (far from parking), problem with water pressure and temperature (cold water in the shower), very loud party neighbors, old dirt (cobwebs, dirty windows, old hair in the shower, used cups on the windowsill)

  : #10 apartment at 89/90 Ogarna was clean and very modern, seemed to be brand new. Great location, right near the Neptune statue and center of the historic old city. Great bargain, considering quality of the place and location.
  : My wife and I are in our 70s and we wish we had been told that the apartment was on the third floor, up three long flights of stairs (64 steps!). We would have requested a different apartment. The place was a bit too cold for us and the heat would not work. We kept asking the staff about it and were told that someone would fix it. But not until the last day did a staff person inform us that it was government policy not to heat the place until later in the fall. We accept that, but somebody should have just told us earlier. Returning the key was a bit of a problem. We were told we had to bring it a half-mile away to main office or lockbox, but after politely complaining, we were told that we could put it in the apartment mailbox. Despite these problems, the staff was friendly and tried to be helpful.

  : In the center, but noisy at nights. Host is a company, which runs many such apartments and not care customers at all, not answer to sms, calls (we had questions about wi-fi). Check in and check out are in other place (their office) on their working hours and additional conditions (if you check in late or check out early, you must pay extra fee, but it is not mentioned when you book). Also we were prepared check out at 9 am, but they didnt work and didnt answer to calls.

  : Good strategic position in the center of city. Close to train, tram and bus station. The apartman has a separate entrance with code lock (not necessary check in/out in the accommodation provider's office). The kitchen is equipped with basis kitchen utensils. Clean apartment.
  : Sometimes you can hear noise from other apartments in the house, but nothing terrible.
