  : The location is central. Cieszyn is a lovely place.
  : We did not receive any instructions in English. We got a message and immediately replied that we need it in English. No response. There was nobody to receive us and no instructions how to get in and which rooms to use. When we, at last, reached the host on the outside intercom he was very unhelpful and said the instructions were at reception. There was nothing. We repeatedly tried the intercom again - no answer or it went over to a message machine. After waiting about 30 minutes we left our luggage in an open room and left. We did not get any towels. The place, bathrooms and the rooms were not neat. The bedlamp, most plugs and the heating did not work. The fitted sheet on my bed had holes. The sheets seemed clean. We only met the host the morning before we left - he blamed booking.com for not forwarding his instructions.

  : Nice location and nice living- and bedroom.
  : Lack of hangers or storage space where you could hang your clothes, jackets etc.Shower had only very simple curtain that was diffucult to keep inside to keep water in shower and not all over bathroom.Payment was a bit confusing. Money were blocked on card during reservation, at the reception was written "cash only, we don't support capitalist banks", but I thought I am going to pay in cash, so I withdraw money in ATM (supporting banks with inconvinient conversion rate) and then I found out, that payment is going to happen later through on-line payment.

  : This was a small, cosy hostel. The owner was able to answer questions on Whatsapp. They sent check in instructions which were clear.
  : There was no staff at the reception while I was staying there.

  : Facilities in the hostel are great, the rooms are perfect and comfortable for solo or small groups, the location couldn't have been better in the heart of town. Never saw any staff at all because it's all simple do-it-yourself check-in but that may just have been the time of year. Overall, loved it.

  : Excelent locationCleanGood kitchen / living room. Good presentation of books.Entry on code allows easy checking.Although we have not seen anyone from reception in 3 days of our stay. Still the problem was solved by e-mail quickly and effectively. Thanks.
  : It will be good to correctly describe rooms. The room is called a "Double room with a single bed or two beds" have only one bed in the room. Heating was not switched on. It was rather cold inside. We slept in sweaters :-(
