  : My massage was great. Spa facilities too noisy with kids splashing in the swimming pool however my stay was in the middle of school hols. Staff very friendly always trying to help.

  : Food was good, decent variety of dishes both during breakfast and dinner. The restaurant staff was very pleasant and professional. The location is rather picturesque with beautiful (and clean!) lake 15 meters form the main building. The swimming pool was pleasant.
  : The room was tiny - in no way a hotel standard. The double bed was sideways against and partially under a haunch. There was no AC, which made our mid-june stay unbearable (however, we were given a small fan upon request). The restaurant standard/policy was ambivalent - on one hand you have pricey, well garnished dishes and cocktails, on the other hand there service does allow guests in swimming suits/topless men to sit during the meal. While the curfew was officially stated upon arrival it was in no way executed - loud parties in the cottages (part of the establishment) were really annoying after midnight. It should also be stated that the place will charger you extra for absolutely everything - bathrobes, garden chairs etc...

  : The location and view to the lake is great. Restautant was good, the breakfast had different options of dishes, everyone would find something. We had masages, which were also very good.
  : Unfortunately the list what we didnt like is longer. The view from the room was to the another room. The distance to the room located opposite was around 3. We found out that toilet paper was missing. Reception told us that this is strange and we should go to the storage room and take it ourselves (i mean its a hotel, isnt there somebody who should take care of issues like this) In SPA one sauna was closed for the 2 days we stayed. Bowling condition is not fine. We asked for the slippers to go to sauna as we forgot ours. we were offered slippers that can be used only once for 5pln. Its the first time when someone charge us for this.

  : Great design o and finish of spa area. Huge swimming with massages. Nice saunas.

  : The spa and the swimming pool, the Balinese massage and food was great. The surrounding was also beautiful.
  : It's noisy and has a bad acoustic. I wish I had my earplugs with me. Other than that it was good.
