: The hotel is good, very clean room, warm, quite place, breakfast is very tasty, there was everting we need on the breakfast. The location of the hotel is 10-12 min on foot from Kotelnica ski center. There are many other hotels which are closure to ski, but they are more expensive. There is spa center with sauna in the hotel but you need to book it. Unfortunately we didn't succeed to reserve sauna ,we tryed every morning but it was full every time. It is very sad, and I think it is not fair that one group of people or the same rooms had an opportunity to go their and my family is not. This system of booking sauna must be replaced! The second disadvantage-is poor knowledge of English of the staff. There were 2 days that a girl on reception didn't understand us. One day we told her that our toilet is broken ( the system of water in the wall) and we didn't receive any help at all! The girl on reception promised us that she will call to somebody !!!! And maybe they will come tomorrow to fix it. This is not competent answer , it means that in the hotel there is no staff that could give professional support and help and even solve the problem.
