  : I booked this property almost week before the arrival date, and when I arrived with my family in the evening to this ,,hotel,,, all rooms we received were dirty. There were sheets after other customers on beds. Dirty towels on the floor and on the hangers. NIGHTMARE. The Staff said to us that they will not clean that and they give the money back ( at least). It was a DISASTER. Even if we booked our stay week before, they didn't have time to do any cleaning at all. PEOPLE - NEVER STAY THERE !!!!!! IT WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. On top of that the smell around this petrol station is terrible, and this ,,hotel,, in on the roof of the petrol station. RUN FROM THIS PLACE IMMEDIATELY OR NEVER BOOK THAT!!!!!!

  : It was relatively cheap, but? But basic standards (politeness, service, equipment) must be delivered.
  : Rude staff serving the other people first (they arrived after me). Typical Polish: I just would like to ... No fairness. Small room, poorly organized, not enough electric outlets. Very small sink. Leaking shower cabin. No shampoo. Late in the night - very loud. No promised breakfast - holiday, I mean the day before the breakfast was the holiday.

  : Expect roadside motel and you will be happy here (see photo).The place deserves 7-8 points, but without heating in the room when temperatures outside reach -6C I can give max 5.Definite likes:- good size smart TV - great, free WIFI (they just forgotten to update booking.com with this info!)- food bar with friendly prices- nice furniture- clean rooms- clean, basic common kitchenIt would be nice to have electric jug in each room rather than just one in the kitchen
  : - practically NO HEATING anywhere! - it is a feature not a breakdown. The room heater was just warm even when temperatures outside hit -6C!I slept in woollen jumper, t-shirt with long sleeves, long trousers and under a duvet, blanket and my outdoor jacket. ----------------------------------Someone there please start thinking! You advertise a HOTEL, a place where one can stay for few days in relative comfort (7 days for me) - ...after getting cold outside I had no place to warm up.An option exists to give electric heaters to those few staying longer (if heating one room insures costs of heating all).---------------------------------- - there is no information in the listing that rooms are at a petrol station. It is nice to know what one is choosing- shop for fuel purchases serves also as the reception and little grocery store - ...you wait in a queue & they can be busy - cleaner operates between 8am & 1pm and the door to their work room is always open during this time. Plus the hallway leading to the rooms is fully utilised by them. My photo shows the view I faced after opening door of my room on my way to the kitchen. If it wasn't washing than it was something else
