  : While here only 2 hours, already my impression was negative. There is feeling of somewhat false advertising, since the main photo of the palace is not the main building. That building is a residence at a distance from the main area, which is the old farm grange. There is no air conditioning, at least in the room I have, so you could boil in summer, depending on your room. Also, lots of flies in the restaurant. Lots. The waiters and waitresses are excellent at ignoring you, they are not well trained, if trained at all. Our plates have been on our table, empty, for over half an hour. I called one over to order coffees. She looked at me from a distance and walked away. We had to physically fetch assistance by walking to the staff. I mentioned to the waitress that I had called her over, at which point she laughed, failed to apologise, and walked away without acknowledging the order. Not a good start. I am severely unimpressed. 1 star. Day 2. Breakfast was OK, however the orange juice tastes artificial. Never a good thing for me. We waited 15 minutes the evening for someone to notice us to take an order, eventually having to go and get a waiter. Then we waited 50 minutes for our coffee to be brought to us, after asking 3 separate waiters. WiFi in the "Palace" wing was unreliable. It would drop out randomly, and was very slow most of the time. There are things to like here, but the annoyances are severe enough to upset me.
  : It needs attention to details, like the flies on the breakfast buffet. The waiters need training. Get an electronic fly killer in the restaurant. The palace has been unusable for decades, and is gutted inside, since the 40s? It's only now under reconstruction.
