  : The apartment was big, with a parking spot. The staff at the hotel was friendly and although we did not go, the restaurant looked very cute. They were also very responsive when we had an issue with the kitchen alarm that went on and would not stop.
  : It seems the apartment was still in the process of refurbishing. Many things seem left undone, with old used wood to be discarded piling up in the garden. It is not a big issue, but this could have been mentioned - or maybe just finish renovating and THEN open the place for customers, otherwise it looks like a bit of a mess. The kitchen could have used more tools, or basic salt and pepper. Also, when we arrived, there was still coffee in the filter of the machine, and the paper towel roll was empty, so it seemed that the flat was not thoroughly checked and cleaned, which added to the disappointment (at least remove the roll so we don't know it exists!). It could also be useful to have some sort of instructions, for example with the wifi code, or alarm system etc. We had to call the hotel (both hotel and apartment are not in the exact same spot) to get the info.
