  : The beds are really comfortable and facilities in the room great. Breakfast, afternoon fika and dinner options were wonderful. All of the staff were so friendly, cheerful and happy to help. Would highly recommend. Also great value for money.

  : The hotel has its share of positives. For me, the breakfast and dinner offerings were plentiful and delicious. My second floor room was quiet but dark and looked into the music school next door, whereas my fifth floor room was bright and had a view. The hotels location is fabulous because it is within short walking distances to the train station, the airport shuttle, and the city sites. The breakfast staff member is an absolute joy. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. It has a small but comfortable lounge area where you can purchase a beer, sparkling wine etc after a long day. Free of charge the hotel offers WiFi, Fika (Mon - Sun, 3pm-5pm) breakfast, dinner, and, in some rooms, tea and coffee making facilities.
  : During my first and second stays, the hotel rooms were clean enough but showed some signs of dirt as well as minor wear. My second floor room had a king size bed, tea and coffee making facilities, but had no refrigerator, whereas my fifth floor room had a standard bed, no refrigerator, as well as no tea and coffee making facilities. Unlike the second floor room, the fifth floor room was loud until early in the next day (1am). The hotel charges 100NOK/hour for late checkout.

  : Super hotel at sensible cost. Great location for bus and ferry terminals and old town. Spotless throughout,staff friendly.Superb breakfast included as well as afternoon waffles/cake/coffee and good evening buffet. Good size room with small coffee table and chair.
  : Limited choice if you are vegan,but veggie options available throughout city
