  : Lovely friendly staff team. Great communication beforehand. Absolutely fabulous historic old hotel full of incredible quirky and original features. We ended up in an upgraded suite which was amazing - original old furniture - and had a VERY comfortable bed. Less than 30 min to airport next morning. We left too early for breakfast.
  : Only two things. 1. Plastic plants in the room looked out of place and were dusty. Not needed. Bin them. 2. We chose to have dinner. It was sold to us as a buffet. On the day there were so few people in, that it was table service instead. This meant we didnt choose the amount of food we were given and found it to be far too much. We couldnt finish anything, and we hate food waste. They need some serious portion control I think. They could easily factor this in by saying usually its a help yourself buffet, so how much would you like, and they could offer second helpings?

  : Clean and comfortable rooms. The propriety is a bit old, like we are in a castle. Its near the airport of Harstad/Narvik. The breakfast was good with plenty choices. The staff is nice and available. The hotel is near a big lake, which is very nice. Good value for money.

  : Every sound made near your room is easily heard but it is an old house - so i gues it's okay

  : Not Scandic of course, but it do it's value. Good location, helpful staff, warm/clean/spacious rooms. What else the traveler could need.
  : The only thing i didn't like - the cold food. If you arrive at breakfast or dinner after 30min its started, the food will definetely will be warm /cool. Nobody will heat it. You take it or leave it. We where groupe of 4 people and all noticed than it can be warmer. So this is the only disadvantage from my perspective.
