  : The location was great. The apartment was very nice.
  : More towels would have been helpful and also some wash clothes. Tissues would have been good and more toilet paper. Instructions on using the stove would be helpful and some extra pillows.

  : The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area within 15mins walk of Bergen centre. Bus routes are nearby. We had a small balcony which was super. The apartment was well equipped,spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you need for a few nights stay ( or longer) . The washing machine was a real bonus as we had been touring Norway and ability to clean and dry clothes was much appreciated. There is a coffee shop with superb breads/ pastries a few mins walk away and two good supermarkets. Ideal for a quiet location with quick access to all main attractions that Bergen has ro offer.
  : We did struggle to find the flat as the numbering system doesn't match that of the actual flats ( we also met another couple having the same problem 2 days after our arrival. ) we did contact the hosts..who were in Moscow who did their best to help us. But maybe something that need tweeking. WiFi was good,but TV instructions were in Russian which was a little more challenging...we are of the older generation but we did get there.

  : Apartment was generally comfortable and clean with good facilities.
  : Couple of things could improve this ( as said by other reviewers) :1. Only one pillow each and they are very thin2. A few tea towels would be useful3. There are very few instructions on eg garbage removal, appliance use 4. Noisy ventilation system One significant point is that while the final location is not available until just before arrival - and that is clear, the location is not what you'd expect from the pictures and description. The surroundings are somewhat surprising

  : DON'T GO! It is very difficult to enter the apartment, the directions are not correct, we were outside for 2 hours until a neighbor explained it to us. The company does not answer telephone numbers or emails. The kitchen was broken, for 2 days we couldn't use it, they made us have to connect it from the main electrical panel with the risk that entails. Milena, the manager after 2 days, never admitted the situation. The hair dryer didn't work. The entrances to the apartments were dirty. A forgettable stay.

  : They are thieves and liars who withdrew 11000 usd money from my account without my authorization. There was a fire alarm in the building because the kitchen exhaust wasn't working. We told them a few times to fix it but they didn't fix it properly. Eventually the alarm went off one morning during breakfast....causing the fire department to come. We couldn't find anything in their manual about how to turn off the alarm. Even the neighbors in the building were sympathetic towards us as they told us similar incident happened in the apartment in the middle of the night. The firemen also agreed that the kitchen exhaust was faulty and they felt bad for us and asked us to get in touch with the apartment. After informing the apartment they only blamed us, taking no accountability on their part. Infact made up false accusations about the situation and also few days later withdrew money from my account without producing an actual invoice directly from the fire department. I let it go after a few emails but suggested that they atleast pay 50% of the bill. But they went silent on us. These people are thieves and liars. We have never come across such bad hospitality even though we have travelled n lived extensively across the globe. My parents are senior citizens and not good health wise but the harassment they had to face because of this company is beyond words and disappointment. Save yourself!
