  : Henk was a very nice and helpful host, the room is located very central and very quiet!
  : We didn't realize when booking, that the toilette was outside the room and shared with other guests. Therefore the room was overpriced.

  : The position is very convenient to walk through the city center.
  : It is not explicit that the bathroom is shared and it seems absurd to me for the price I paid. The heating was turned on upon my arrival and the first night the room was very cold. There was no breakfast included even if the structure looks like a bed & breakfast. Usually when there is no breakfast on site they should provide you with vouchers for a nearby bar but this was not provided for either. Finally the shower is made by opaque glasses overlooking the inner courtyard, there is no real privacy.

  : We've been to Utrecht for a weekend and couldn't have found a better acommodation. The "Zocher" is situated only a few steps from all points of interest, bars, restaurants etc. but also quite and cosy to take a breath and leave the city life outside. The apartment itself is designed with an astonishing view for the detail, everything is composed very tastefully, there's lots of glass (which may make it a bit cold in the wintertime), and a nice little private terrace. If you prefer individuality and design to anonymous "perfect" hotel rooms, this is the right choice for sure. Henk is a great host, always there for a nice chat or recommendations, who makes you feel very welcome in his house. Dank u well and see you again!

  : Zocher6's location is ideal for exploring and enjoying Utrecht! It is feet away from Janskerkhof, Saturday's flower market, a canal, cafes and restaurants. We stayed at the room on the back side of the house which made it super quiet, with a small garden patio to enjoy. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable (bigger than Queen size), the layout was creative and efficient. There are big windows for day light and thick window for privacy. Internet was reliable and fast. The host was very patient with our midnight arrival and was eager to make our stay great! Thank you, Henk!
  : As others already mentioned, the restroom is in the hallway and shared with another rental unit. We stayed for a week and only overlapped with other guests for 2 nights, so we had no problem with it. The restroom was cleaned daily and kept impeccably clean!
