  : Hot tub and sauna were excellent - hot tub ready to use when we arrived! The accommodation was large enough for the three of us. The extra package to have the lodge decorated for a birthday was much appreciated! All the staff were so wonderful. Good connections into Valkenburg.
  : There wasnt a whole lot to keep a toddler entertained onsite as we stayed during December (so understandable) and would be great if there was a shop onsite.

  : Location was good.
  : We stayed in suite No 37 in this resort, for our new year 2024 vacation. The floor was full of hair, most likely from the previous tenants who likely had pets in the suite. I contacted the front desk staff and they just apologized for this without any effort to fix it by sending a cleaning staff to wipe the floor. I found a vacuum cleaner in the cabinet but it was full of hair and dirty. I asked the front desk to either send me a clean vacuum cleaner to do it myself or send someone to do it. No response on that message! When I spoke with them they said they came to see us but we we were not in the suite. Surely we did not know anyone wanted to come and visit. We finally decided to leave our vacation a day earlier and checked out a day earlier as we did not feel well in that suite. Very bad experience on how the staff dont treat their guests with the issues related to the accommodation professionally. We wont be back, for sure.

  : The cabins were lovely and nicely private. Very quiet also. Extremely clean, tidy and well presented. The welcome bag was very handy. Highly recommend this park.
  : The games room was very small and not terribly interesting. It was winter so the pool was closed which didn't leave a lot for bigger kids to do if we didn't leave the park that day. There was however lots to do outside the park and the location is very handy.

  : The location is beautiful. Especially if you enjoy the outdoors. I imagine even better in summer. It is also within short driving distance to several attractions in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. It was exactly what we were looking for.
  : The accommodation we stayed in was clean. But could be better. There was calcium deposits (from the hard water) in the toilets and some of the kitchen appliances. A little bit of a deep clean and it would be super.

  : We spent a long weekend here in February, including 2 children. The chalet we stayed in was very clean and spacious equipped with smart tv/fridge with freezer/dishwasher and all necessary kitchen accessories. The place is very serene & quite, located on the slope of a small hill, only few minutes of drive or by bus to Valekenburg attractions and Gulpen. One of the days the weather was not in our favor, so we enjoyed the indoor water activities at 'Mosaqua Subtropisch Zwemparadijs' in Gulpen, only 8min drive away from the park!
  : Over all had a good short stay, nothing to complain!
