  : Check in wa&s fine but booking was a big problem as I due to misleading emails booked twice and I am still waiting to get the second booking repaid!!
  : That I booked twice due to misleading emails on behalf of Bastion Hotels and the fact that I am still waiting to a reimbursement for the unnecessary booking due to Bastion's email. The staff of the hotel was immediately informed (in fact they noticed this and wrote to head office), but still no reply and correction of the errror that was made due to misleading emails by Bastion!!!! I have already written to Bastion for which a reply was promised within the 10 days, but no reply so far.

  : The hotel didn't let us in. Even though it says 24h reception and we arrived around 23:30, stuff from reception said they cancelled our reservation. That left us in the middle of nowhere saying some problem with their system, even though they have the room empty. We contacted hotel phone number but no one received the phone. Fortunately we contacted Booking.com customer care and they helped us finding another hotel and we drove there. The whole process took 2hours. I can't express how stressful it can be knowing no place to stay due to Bastion Hotel's system issue.
