  : all good very professional courteous and helpful staff.
  : Having been in food and hospitality for 34 years ourselves. One should only provide facilities that one can accept responsibility. Having a third party provide washing machines without any on going responsibility by either the washing machine provider or the hotel. For such a great hotel in so many ways to allow a third party to provide a sub standard service. It is not the Hotel's responsibility especially when the Hotel is unable to offer 100% support to the guests. The washing machine provider should take responsibility and have a technician on call. We had washing machines in all our apartments and we the Hoteliers provided the support to our guests. Simples

  : Perfect location, close to the center and close to the outlet shopping as well. Breakfast had everything you'd expect. I liked having the coffeemachine on the room as well (nespresso) with coffee provided!
