  : The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was big, modern and functional.
  : There was no place to hang the towels, it wasn't possible to open the windows and the entrance was not so appealing.

  : The size of the rooms are good. The beds are comfortable.
  : The hotel is a shelter for most Ukranian refugees.On my floor families were fighting together. Also lots of noise evening and early morning.In front of the hotel people are gathering together.The rooms are quite expensive so I want to have peace and a neat hotel for my money

  : WiFi and TV didnt work, when attempting to talk to staff about it they were dismissive and asked if Id entered the correct password and definitely turned on the TV. When checking in the receptionist gave a lot of attitude about the fact I had arrived and not paid the tourist tax. Booking.com does not even allow this before arriving so I dont understand the issue. She then proceeded to give us the wrong directions to the room and laugh at us as we lugged our bags around when we finally realised shed sent us up the wrong lift.

  : Well let me put it this way....1. If you want to have fresh air .. you have no way .. because the window is blocked. 2. At breakfast on the first day there was a male restaurant manager...who was extremely arrogant and nervous...He did not cooperate or take into account my complaints that I did not have what I wanted at the breakfast they serve.. .and I had to leave..He shouted in a firm tone that I can leave and that he doesn't care if I'm in a hurry to leave...So?????This is the attitude of the employees at a 4 star hotel? ??? I'm sorry...but I guess that's not how a hotel works! I didn't have time...but I had to report you to the authorities. That's not possible!!!!! 3. An indescribable mess behind the hotel...in the parking lot. That garbage container was full and the whole parking lot was full of food scraps!!!!With regret...but you don't even deserve...a star! This hotel by the attitude...of some of the staff.. and collaborated with the rest....nothing!!!!! I will definitely not be back!
