  : DVD player mentioned in the amenities is not there. Bed was uncomfortable.Kitchen utilities are limited. Fine for breakfast but cooking a dinner is awkward.

  : Location and closeness to Hollum. The shared facilities with the hotel Fletcher next door are nice (ie. swimming pool) Facilities are quite basic yet sufficient. Owner is pleasant and flexible.
  : We had a last minute booking to recover from some few tiring weeks of work, yet something went completely wrong with the information sharing. The appartment charges you for every single bit of service, towels, sheets etc, be mindful of that you almost need to invest time in reading the conditions of the contract thoroughly (somehow I did not get it immediately, then an email gets in your spam and then it is all on you, they do not check whether you understood all the conditions, be sure to receive and read the contract). We are both experienced travellers, and this really goes to the Ryan Air level of service, of charging every single bit, and every mistake you make (because you did not read well enough) is paid for. So that is what happened: we had to pay for cleaning services afterwards, although these were already included in the price. The building is noisy, you can hear your neigbours quite well, doors slamming and quite a lot of children (would not go for the weekend as a couple), and you do not really have privacy: although there are some walls of stones separating the terraces,people are constantly passing in front of your terrace (and they do not have to, as you can get in your appartment by the back door, which is the main entrance). I never expected a Hilton, but neither did I think that I'd felt this level of service either. Never to be repeated.
