  : There is no common area in the hotel, but anything you want is within a few blocks. We enjoyed sitting on benches at the river. Many benches in the area. Lots of restaurants. As Americans the menus were not translatable, so hard to choose food. The room was beautiful, well equipped and spacious. Nice coffee bar and refrigerator. Comfortable chair. Picture window in the shower provided a nice light with no neighbors prying eyes. There was a shade for those concerned about their privacy. Large modern bathroom, and shower with rain shower or hand held wand.
  : The stairs were steep and had very narrow tread, with a few challenging turns. Angled tread, like a circular staircase at the turns. It was a little scary hauling our bags up! Went very slowly. Even bottom floor had to go up stairs. I had to walk sideways. I am 78, but still in good shape.

  : Beautifully furnished and location was excellent. I liked that we can use our phones as the key for the entrance and hotel room.
  : 4th floor walk up and not easy to communicate with staff as there is no reception and online check in only.

  : Great location in the city center, with attractive rooms and furnishings, including a good in-room coffee maker.
  : Frustrating problem with the unattended door entry system (missing entry key pad) cost us some time, and supposed advance communications about the problem were not received.

  : We didn't order the breakfast, but in fact we had brunch at Vascobelo restaurant, the same used by Anegang hotel, it was indeed excellent quality and value. Our first experience with "keys in the cloud" but using our phones to open the doors was easy as pie. Just keep your phone well charged!
  : There was some noise from the street two floors below, during the nights of Friday and Saturday, but this wasn't too disturbing if the window was kept closed - and it's beyond the hotel's control in any case.

  : Important to know: this hotel use a self check-in system. So, after you book it you have to pay for your accommodation via link that youll receive on your email. It works fine if you book a room in advance. I booked this hotel while I was driving to Haarlem. And heres my experience:1. After I found hotel I realized that I have to pay to get my digital key. I did it and received my key only 30-40 minutes after payment.2. The room which was assigned to me was dirty and wasnt cleaned by housekeepers. So it took extra 20-30 minutes to fix this problem. After I send messages through booking.com and hotels WhatsApp. Btw, nobody answered the phone which was provided for support. And the most annoying thing was feeling that you dont have a connection with a hotel stuff and you left by your one with your problems. As I didnt received replies in real time like in chat. So my personal experience staying with this guys were awful. And Ill not choose them a next time. 3. Beds are small and very narrow. And Im not a big guy) Im about 175cm height and 75 kg wight. And during the whole night I was trying not to fall from my bed.
  : Hotel itself is good. Rooms are clean, great bathroom and shower cabin. Room was really nice apart from the beds size. And location is great!

  : Room was great. Clean and nice location.
  : Bad service. Had to wait one hour for customer support to even be able to enter the building. Suggest dont go unless you have plenty of patience, enough battery on your phone and a way to call a local number for an hour.

  : the beds were exxxxtremely soft, so much so I had a back pain the next morning. not orthopedic.
