  : breakfast was included but no one there to cook it. they gave us some food in boxes and said we could eat it in the room(although there was a rule that forbids to bring food in the room)

  : The location was great.
  : First of all we booked with breakfast included. They had no resturant at all so, rhe breakfast included some breads, a bottle of water, butter ald some ham and cheese in a paper bag. Not a real breakfast.Worst of all was one guy in the recepttion that worked the afternoon when we arrived. We had 2 bags of beers that we had bought in an old brewery museum that we intended to bring home. The receptionist claimed we werent allowed to bring beers to the rooms nonewhatsoever. He became very rude and unproffessional and we got more and more irritated questioning this ridiculous rule he claimed the hotel had. We told him there was no information about this at all on their own website nor Booking.com. But, we let it be and left the beers in a warehouse room to let the situation fade out. We recieved our keycards to the rooms and went to leave our things. The day after before lunch there was a new receptionist working. We told him about the afternoon before about the eude receptionast and about the beers. He said he never heard about such rule. The only rules were that drugs, weed and mariuana are strongly forbidden. Nothing at all about alcohole. We also read the room rules in the hotelroom but, same there, nothing about beers not being allowed to keep in the rooms. So, the polite receptionist that worked from breakfast to afternoon gave is back our beers and showed polite behavior.2 days later we noticed the other bad reciptionist arguing and being unpolite and rude to another guest at the hotel. The receptionist worled around 04:00pm on the day of our arrival. He truly is a bad receptionist and shouldnt work with service. He is the only reason I leave a low and sad rating.Good bed but, old rooms The personell was kind and service minded except for the guy who worked when we arrived on Thursday 16:00

  : We could hear everyone as if they were in our room. Room was dirty & you could see dust flying around. Was extremely hot in the room too

  : Very hard to find. When you find it, it looks okay but inside not appealing. Carpet in bedroom would turn you off, shower hardly fit for purpose.
