  : Upon arrival, we found used shampoo & soap in the shower from previous guests. Room had no fire escape map. There was usually no one at the reception. Mother and daughter who manage the hotel were unreachable and unresponsive via mobile phone. When we politely suggested that in a hotel with no staff at the reception, staff should answer guests written messages, we were wrongly accused of being aggressive; the hotel manager said she receives more than 300 messages per day, and hence she cannot respond to messages. Upon check-out, we left the room key at the empty reception counter and went to the beach. Soon after that, we got a message on booking.com requesting us to pay 75 for damages in the room. We immediately went back to the hotel to clarify the matter, since there was no damage. Upon arrival, the hotel manager (the mother) received us by violently screaming at us, and refusing to talk about the alleged damages. We kept asking her why she was treating us like that and requested to see the alleged damages, but she couldnt show damages because there was no damage. She shouted aggressively at us and called us filthy men and "two filthy men" several times when looking up and down at us with a disgusted face expression. She explicitly refused to address us politely (to use the Dutch "U", similar to "Sie"/"Vous"/"Usted" in German/French/Spanish). Were a foreign (but Dutch residents) same-sex couple; we never felt so insulted and humiliated in a Dutch establishment. We informed booking.com about the events. Booking.com asked the hotel for clarifications. Until now, already for more than 2 months, the hotel hasnt responded. The episode ended with us shocked and emotionally shaken, as she expelled us from the hotel. For safety, all was recorded, which we used to file a police report. At the end, she physically assaulted one of us, trying to take our mobile phone out of our hands.

  : Short walk from to the beach and aquarium. Inside pool. Room had full kitchen with pots and pans , small refrigerator , dishes . Fresh towels available every morning.
  : Not enough parking space. Inside pool was too cold to swim. Sauna was not working( blocked off) . No staff present at the front desk. No housekeeping .

  : This is only for coffe lovers. I asumed there is coffe by looking at the pictures and seeing the coffe machine. The coffe machine was there, but no coffee. Its not bad just keep in mind to take yours.

  : Location is great! The size of the apartment is good. Heating works well.
  : Communication was really poor. We didnt feel welcome at all. We missed information / instructions during checkin - we werent informed that there would be no cleaning; no information about wifi password..)There is a nice big bathtub, but the plug was removed, so that guests couldnt fill it. The shower is falling down, water is running poorly. Three lamps dont work. You just simply miss being taken care of. Its really a pity!

  : Nice place, short walking distance to the beach . Small kitchen in the room with small refrigerator , few pots and pens , some dishes. The inside pool was nice, unfortunately it was too called to swim in. Coffee mashing in the common area was nice ( not free) .
  : Toilet was too high and uncomfortable ( my feet could not reach the floor while sitting in the toilet) , shower was leaking al lower the bathroom. Kitchen had only two electric burners ( difficult to cook for a family). Staff members are not available at the desk. No housekeeping. ( fresh towels are available every morning)
