  : The property is great, lots of places to chill in the lobby. The restaurant has a great breakfast and bar. Staff was extremely nice.
  : The main reason I booked this hotel was for the AC because it’s July, however the AC did not work and the window only opens about 2 inches so it got very hot and stuffy in the room.

  : The location is fantastic - next to a metro and across from a grocery. Walking to city center wasn’t too bad, about 45 mins, if you wanted to see the area. I also liked the efficient nature of the room, as one person the smaller bed and room were great.
  : The hotel website says every room has an in room safe, which was not the case. I asked four times and it was never corrected. I have had my entire bag of documents stolen when visiting Amsterdam so I was not comfortable leaving anything in the room. That meant keeping my passport and any valuables on my person the whole time. Not ideal. If they had just followed up to say getting a safe wasn’t possible I would have been less frustrated. There were also renovations happening, which were not a major problem, but they replaced the TV (great!) but… it never worked. I asked the desk about this three times but gave up. I don’t really watch TV so it’s not major but it was more to have some background sound. The replaced mattresses were wonderful though.Then, the bathroom was quite musty. The hotel itself was fun and has a great coffee shop and restaurant. The staff was very pleasant as well…just not very communicative.

  : I loved the facilities available at the hotel site, it not only has a nice restaurant and a cafe, but also a gym and lots of different spaces for coworking. It's perfect for a workation. The staff is super helpful and the room is equiped with basic fittings.
  : The hotel markets itself as super eco, but then my towels still got changed even though I hung them up (as requested if you don't need them to be washed) and my opened soap bar was cleared away, which made no sense as I had to open a new one while I could've used the other one.

  : The staff was awesome and super helpful. Everything was clean and quite.
  : The shower is a little small and splashes a lot of water out onto the bathroom floor.

  : Having to wait for our room to be ready as they were changing the mattress. We had to get ready to go out not knowing where to go.No soap to wash hands in our room. No bedside cabinets to put items on.
