  : Location was good
  : Staff were less than bothered. Not very attentive on reception. Room was lovely and modern. One of us started to have a shower (less than 3 mins) and it started overflowing into the room immediately. The other 2 still needed to get a shower as well! The guy came and said he could get someone to it but would be later than evening.. no good as we needed to get ready to go out. He was helpful and managed to unblock it partially. Not really a great first impression of a 300+ hotel room. I would book again though as decor and location was good

  : Location is great, close to everything. Metro station few steps away makes it very easy to get to every connection.Staff is always there to help with any request.
  : The windows did not close properly so it was a little loud during the night time , but considering it was weekend overall it was fine.

  : We stayed in the basement room and the stairs down are very narrow and unsafe. The shower and toilet were very small and not private so not ideal for a group of people.

  : The room and bathroom were really nice and everything was perfectly clean. The location was also perfect if youre looking to stroll around the city center.
  : It was very unlucky we stayed there during construction works that took place literally right outside our room. Our room was the only one in the basement and we were within 3m or so of the construction. It started very early every day, so during our entire stay we were woken up by construction noises very very frustrating. We tried headphones but it was way too loud. A refund of any sort would have been appropriate, as this was very disturbing and never mentioned anywherr, even when we got the keys and got shown around our room. I spoke to a very nice receptionist who promised me she would contact me about this, but unfortunately she never got back to me.Again, the hotel is really nice and we loved out room!

  : Location is fantastic, everything is close by. The room was very nice
  : just with any other modern hotel room, bathroom doors lack privacy, the basin in our room was in the bedroom, beautiful yet not very practical, the door to the toilet and shower was a glass door and was not lockable and youd better turn on the music if you dont want to hear everything ;)
