  : The location was excellent if you are looking to be in the heart of the action in Amsterdam. We very much enjoyed coming home after a day of sightseeing to relax in the front lounge room with the windows open listening to the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam. The bedrooms are also at the back of the apartment so city noise was not an issue at all for sleep and if you closed the front windows of the apartment, noise was not an issue at all on any level. You are surrounded by many restaurants and bars and it is very easy to move around the city from this location. Yacob was also very helpful and friendly.
  : Please be aware that the apartment is very typical of many apartments in Europe and that you will need to carry your luggage up tight staircases to get to the second floor. This is not to say that this is a negative as it is the same for many many apartments across Europe, it just needs to be noted for your consideration. The apartment also has some of the owners things stored in some of the bedrooms. Again, this is not a negative, just something for you to note. To have a true expectation of Yacobs apartment, consider that the space is not a 5 star fully rented apartment building. It is an individually owned, clean, functional apartment in an awesome location if you are looking at being in the center of Amsterdams night life.
