  : Excellent location. the entrance is 100 feet or less from a tram station. The rooms were comfortable, but not elegant. Functional. We paid approximately $200 per night US for five nights during the third week of October. The staff was friendly. Overall a good experience
  : There were minor issues that could be easily fixed. I reported them to Management upon check out.

  : Location is fine, quiet area.
  : The hotel is riddled with bed bugs. They moved us to a new room and this room also had bugs. Do not stay at this hotel ever. They gave compensation of around 10% of the price of the stay. The fact that booking has this hotel on the site also questions their Vetting of hotels.

  : The location was right next to the tram stop that took you straight into Amsterdam Central. Great cafes nearby with good coffee! The room was pretty generous in size with nice big windows that opened for fresh air. It was a bit tired and worn but relatively clean.
  : If you are bike packers like us and need to keep your bikes secure then this is not the place. Bikes can only be locked up on the street and the hotel manager warned us against it as theft is a real problem. Lucky for us we had pre planned for our bikes to be serviced at a bike shop during our stay so they were stored at the workshop for the 3 days we spent in Amsterdam. The TV also didnt work in our room which wasnt an issue until our last night when we wanted a night in due to the bad weather. The staff tried to fix it but couldnt so they just left it.

  : Good location, not far from the centre. The room was nice and clean and the asking price was fantastic considering it was during ADE. Id like to especially thank Ramin (I hope I spelt your name correctly) who was a very generous receptionist and let me use her phone charger when I realised mine hadnt survived the bad weather, and she was also very down to earth and funny, it made my stay there very warm and memorable.
