  : I traveled with my elderly mother (75+), my husband, my sister and her husband and two toddlers. We rented two apartments, on two seperate floors. The stairs were initially daunting for my mother (and strollers) but the staff was exceptional (Thank you Hans!!), incredibly accomodating and were very keen on helping us with luggage and if something was needed in the apartments. Inside and outside stairs to reach the ground. Beds were comfortable, rooms w/space for luggage, washer/dryer and dishwasher were very handy. We are Dutch thus did not request additional help w/ transport or recommendations but the apartments are in a prime location (no street noise w/ windows closed), walkable to Central Station and there's a taxi cab/ride share stop off right across the street. The kitchens were fairly stocked and the toddlers had ample room to play. There were other families and singles staying there. We also ate at the restaurant one night and had a great meal. I would definitely recommend this site for anyone that is looking for easy in to the city and sights.
  : The furnitures were a little loved in one apt (which was not an issue for us) and, for some, the showers in certain apartments may be a little small.

  : The location is excellent. Mr. Hans and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Lou Lou's restaurant, which is part of Damrak Short Stay and in the same building of the apartment, was an amazing place with an equally amazing team. Hans and the restaurant staff (Mainly Mr Micky) made our stay exceptionally special and joyful. Their helpfulness and friendliness truly stood out. VERY MUCH RECOMENDED. One more thing worth to add is that the team did not hesitate helping us with carrying the luggage to and from the apartment

  : The location was perfect and the staff was super super helpful. The only issue is the price otherwise it's a great place to stay.
  : Need more storage and benches to keep luggage. Also a lift ...(Which I know is not possible but climbing three floors two or three times a day was a task).

  : Perfect location with a restaurant/bar on the ground floor. Hard to improve on from that perspective. Four bathrooms and room for five/six adults.
  : Not the most spacious rooms and the beds were not the best, but more than adequate.
