  : The view, the design of the room, bed very comfortable.
  : The bathroom was very small with no window and very uncomfortable and no practical.A bottle of water per night available in the room would have been a nice touch.

  : Loved the room we stayed in (The O) and my Wife and I had a very, very good time there for my birthday
  : First staff member we interacted with was stand offish and a bit rude but other staff members made up for it. The room could of done with a lick of paint

  : The location was amazing, as well as the views
  : There were no curtains downstairs, which was not great for privacy. It also caused the room to be very light during the night, because the letters are lit at night. They change colors frequently which made it hard for us to fall asleep. There was no window that we could open, which made the room very stuffy. It would have been better to have some fresh air. The window was broken and we were not allowed to open it. Theres nowhere to really sit except for on the bed all the way upstairs. The middle floor has 3 small stools, but nothing comfortable. You should be able to expect at least a comfy chair or couch in a 220 per night room. The photos on the listing showed a TV on the middle floor, this was missing. There also was no where where we could properly change or get dressed, since there was no room for this upstairs by the bed and the rest of the room does not have curtains.

  : The few short minutes that I interacted with staff was pleasant. Nice view. Interesting decoration.
  : The airconditioning was screaming with seemingly no way to turn it off. Receptionist said it was a known issue which made me think: Then why rent out the room if the airconditioning is in such a bad shape that it sounds like a vacuum cleaner?

  : I was staying in the letter O and if youre looking for something different its the way to go
  : A lot of spiders in the room an it wasnt as clean as expected for 437. There was a purple heart confetti on the floor when we got there and it was still there the day we left. The bathroom wasnt cleaned either because everything was as we left it in the morning after showering. They only made the bed and emptied the trash.
