  : The location was good. I liked that the rooms were serviced and that there was a restaurant on the premises.
  : The room air conditioner or fan unit was noisy and the hairdryer didnt actually work.

  : Lovely and calm location. Spacious room (once we got the right one), good bed, nice showers.
  : Beware: the photos here are apparently not correct. If you book the "execitive" room, you can get the exact same room displayed under "deluxe". So, not 25m2 by a long shot. When I tried telling the staff that we booked the room that looks like the room under "executive" and is bigger, they tried convincing me, first that the size is the same and I'm in an executive room. Then that the sizes vary. In no world is it acceptable to display wrong pictures and size on booking, take clients extra money (25m2 costs more) and then work hard as hell to sarcasticly (looking at you, young blonde with glasses girl) convince people that they're just stupid and can't see that the rooms 20m2 and 25m2 is the same size. If they admited a mistake/were kinder about it I wouldn't mind but the blonde girl was dismissive and sarcastic. Make sure you check them if they try to scam you. Oh and the bigger room magically appeared after I made a fuss. Never had I had this experience before. A 45 min ordeal just to get the room you actually booked!! If that's incorrect change the pics and data and don't argue with the customer. To add to this, room carpets are outdated, furniture as well. It's clear why this hotel is on the "cheaper" end of 5 stars hotels. Adding a pic so you can see what they tried convincing me is the same sized and type room.

  : The location is excellent, in a green area and not far from the centre. We stayed in a room with a terrace, a very nice space where you can enjoy the shade and a good coffee. Breakfast was ok, in the lobby there is a space where you can buy various things, including drinks and others. Very friendly staff, cleaning ladies very attentive and well trained.
  : The terrace should be cleaned more often.

  : For a 5 STAR we expected bigger rooms, heating, more help at arrival and departure. The price for water in the foyer was ridiculous and so was the restaurant prices.
