  : The only thing we liked about this hotel was the bathroom/toilet. It is extremely clean and seems newly made, so everything was perfect in there (look wise).
  : 1. The staff is not friendly at all, we reached a little early than the check in time and requested an early check-in but the receptionist dint do absolutely anything to make us feel that he is atleast trying to hurry or be kind enough to smile and tell us to wait. He straight up told us the room is not ready and he won't be able to do anything. 2. There is no lift so if you have booked a room without a window, you have to go down into the basement where the rooms are!! It's a very steep stair case downward, so you have to be very careful. 3. The staff noticed our bags were heavy and me being a lady was finding it difficult to take the heavy bags down, but they offered no help or assistance. 4. The shower in the bathroom has extremely low pressure of water, so it's annoying, and on one of the days, the entire building had freezing water it seems which couldn't be fixed soon. 5. The location of this place is very far from central Amsterdam so you can't walk and have to choose either the tram or other modes of transport to reach the tourist areas. 6. Overall, the room has a very dull look and feels suffocating at times with zero amenities. 7. THE BEDS are the worst I have ever used in any hotel around the world with super uncomfortable pillows that will sure give you a neck pain. Lastly, I would definitely mention that it's the WORST ROOM KEEPING SERVICE we have ever got in any hotel ever. The only thing that was done daily was the bed. As there is NO DUSTBIN inside the room, the mess and dirt is not cleaned until you actually check out!! So the room daily had all our papers, sticker, threads etc fallen on the floor which wasn't cleaned even once.

  : Beds were comfortable enough.
  : Rude, unhelpful and argumentative staff. Gave us the wrong room on arrival. Saw them arguing with a lot of other guests. Too cheap to even turn on the fridges. Tried selling me room temperature water telling me it was cold. Anywhere hidden was filthy, behind and under furniture. The bathroom smelled bad on arrival. Zero ventilation and too hot to be comfortable.
