  : Location, spacious, large pool and large pool area
  : Cold water pressure in all basins and shower taps very poor. We asked for assistance to replace the light bulb located near the bbq but because it was a Sunday they did not come. No rails to enter/exit from the swimming pool.

  : Villa is really authentic. Probably we would come one more time.
  : The location was strange for us but probably it will be good for you. They do not have any adopter. Our phone batteries were empty and we spend few hours by looking the adopter at 3 supermarkets after long day of traveling. it seams that Europeans are not so welcome .

  : This is our second time and its an amazing property, quiet, secluded but not too far from centre of Xaghra anyway. Outdoors are amazing with lovely view of the valley and living area is spacious and cozy. The large pool area is surrounded by trees which allow privacy. Love the bouganvilla which adorns the balconies leading to the main bedroom. Will definitely return here.
  : The mattress of the main bedroom was too stiff for our liking. Given it was our second time, we brought better pillows this time. But despite this minor inconvenience, it is still worth it. Still a bit difficult to regulate water temperature in the bathrooms. The faucet of the kitchen needs an upgrade as its difficult to clean the dishes.

  : Very large property with plenty of light, comfortable and clean. The grounds were amazing..would love to visit during the summer months to enjoy the pool.

  : Location fantastic, farmhouse fantastic
  : spent 6 hours cleaning the pool from tree debris, pool was ice cold, owner was abrupt and quite rude on departure as we were slightly late getting our things together, we had overslept...probably tiredness from an evening cleaning the pool. I would stay there again if the property was not just cleaned as usual, but checked an hour before clients arrival and some comfortable mattresses were fitted in the main bedroom

  : it's quite difficult to find this property at night time. No one will answer you on the message ant night or even at weekend. One room is located like in the basement with very strange smell. No one wanted to stay in this room. Very cold inside, and we didn't know how to turn on the heating. Air-conditioning was not working, property owners didn't answer.You need to pay extra for the air-conditioning, but it's not working.It was written 3 single bed and two double beds, but it was 2 single and two double.No towels for a pool. No hair shampoos or other cosmetics, only shower gel. No hair dryer. Only one electric place to charge phone or hair dryer (it's good that we took ours).Kitchen: no sugar, peper, soil or oil to cook. Even no coffee :( we felt not very welcome.I asked to buy some food for breakfast. So we had bread, bacon, eggs, milk, just a little coffee. It was not the enough for 6 people and costs 40 Eur and totally not like in the photos.Beds in main room were very uncomfortable. The same like sleeping on the ground.One shower was broken.I don't know how this place has more then 9 rate

  : Wonderful stay in a beautiful atmospheric villa in a quiet authentic location!!
  : A beautiful garden, but apparently at the beginning of the season it is not yet well maintained, the entrance group, the area around the pool are uncleaned branches and dry grass.It is a pity that two burners at the stove did not work, the water pressure in the kitchen is very weak
