  : Near to the main area but hilly to get to
  : We couldnt get in for over an hour as we didnt have internet so couldnt receive the codes or any info. Had to phone daughter in England several times. The code we were given for front door (10 digits) did not work and only got in with cleaners help who then found out our flat no and other code for flat. We then popped over to shop and couldnt get back in with pad no given to us. Shopkeeper had to phone you to get the emergency 4 digit code. If we had key fob we wouldnt have had to keep putting in codes every time we went out. Also internet code didnt work

  : The location was fantastic! The property is located very centrally and easy walk from major sights in Valletta.
  : There was a strong smell of mold in the second floor where the bedrooms were. Specially in the en-suite bathroom on one of the rooms.

  : - location- lift- handy convenience store in front of the property
  : - noise during the night- appliances in the flat are dated and do not work (however staff were always very helpful and try to resolve things)- character but in need of some TLC

  : Only the location which is next to all restaurants and centre of Valetta. Also, 15 minutes by walk from the main bus station which is extremely convenient.
  : Th room was dirty. Toilets peed. Towels, sheets and pillows all dirty. Hairs on the sheets. Untouchable hair dryer due to dirt. There was no iron even though it was included in the appliances. Humidity on all the walls and mold in the shower.

  : the shower had no door with the result that if someone takes a bath water fills the floor. besides, there was no mop to collect the water. Coffee machine without plug adapter...had no shampoo, open garbage can in toilets without rubbish bags

  : We liked the location, the convenience store opposite the apartment was good. The space was enough for us to move around comfortably. The kitchen was great, had all the necessary facilities. We could have hot water at any time. The lift was modern and usable. The Wi-Fi worked fine and when it didn't work, your staff via Booking was very quick to respond and help us out.
  : The black key pad with the passcodes didn't work for the main entrance, not even our apartment door - others we met struggled with the same thing. We had to use the emergency safe with the keys, which would occasionally not work and make it very hard to access our apartment and the building itself or the main entrance door would be open and accessible to random strangers. Major safety problem!!! The two air conditioning machines didn't work, the iron also didn't work (my friend got burnt from the water dripping off of it), one of the shutters in the living room wouldn't close and we also found a broken tile on the floor - another safety hazard!! Something slightly extra to note is that the body towels were tiny (not suitable for most) and it would have been nice to have an extra set (so 4 instead of 2). The soap in the bathroom also had a very unpleasant smell.
