  : the building is adjucent to a cafe and a hospital, so there is VERY noisy every every morning and every evening.

  : Accommodation was lovely and spacious. it was clean and well kept. i loved the room, although not suitable for anyone with a disability, as the bedroom was on a upper floor. facilities also excellent.
  : I would have liked a small fridge in the room and maybe a micro wave. We had the use of a beautiful dinning area, but didn't use it for eating as we were half board. No issues or complaints, these are just ideas.

  : Breakfast was excellent so can't fault that and hotel was clean.
  : I booked a suite so that we would have more space this room was supposed to have a balcony. It did not have a balcony, nor did it have outside access, so was not as described. I felt like we were given the smallest cheapest suite available with no openable windows, and was dark. Felt like we were in an underground room on a very noisy road, really disappointed.

  : The location is excellent close enough to get around the island. Charles on the front desk is so helpful and friendly, all the staff were excellent and go out of their way to ensure you have a good stay. Would recommend.

  : Our suite was very nice for a one night stay. The air con was fab, really effective and not too noisey and very much needed in blistering August temperatures. The bed was very comfortable and having the slightly seperate lounge area was useful. Nice big bathroom with all the basics. The location was very good for visiting neighbouring Valletta and Sliema. The car park underneath was very useful as it's very difficult to park in the street if you are not a resident with a permit. Very welcoming and friendly staff.
  : It was a bit of a treck across several hotels to check in to the Palazzo and to then get back to use the restaurants and the other facilities. However, our bags were moved for us, so not really a problem.
