  : I booked a sea view studio - there was no sea view from the room, only from the end of the balcony. The studio was advertised as 25m2 with sofa bed . It was smaller than advertised , no sofa and when I asked I was told the room is not big enough to fit a sofa. The hotel agreed to install an armchair but there was really no space for it. Guests were not informed that there was a wedding party during my stay which meant closure of the big swimming pool on Saturday afternoon, closure of the bar and loud noise until midnight

  : The room was nice and comfortable. There are a lot of nice restaurants in the vicinity. The pool outside was a bit cold since it was early in the year but the pool inside was very nice. The breakfast was nice, there were a lot of options.
  : The sauna wasn't working whilst we were in there and the spa desk was not staffed. Walking in the wet clothes to the reception would have been a hassle. So maybe put a phone next to the sign saying the spa desk is not staffed at that time.

  : Everything was great except we got the room next to the very old lift and it was very very noisy in the room. After complaining about it they offered us another room not that close to the lift but the view from our balcony compensated the noise of the lift so we kept it. We got a bottle a wine for it which was very nice. So after all everything was good and we got used to that noise.

  : The facilities were great, very clean. Our room was lovely, it had plenty of space and everything we needed. The staff member who checked us in was so friendly and patient with us. We had trouble with our card and he didnt get impatient or annoyed, he was very kind. I found most of the staff very polite. I had a spa treatment there with Anita and she was amazing! I would highly recommend this hotel.
  : Minor but the bar staff at night could have been more proactive at coming outside to serve guests. Minor training issue

  : The Hotel was clean, and the facilities were always cleaned and prepared each day, Indoor pool, Sauna Jacuzzi etc,. Breakfast was good with various options to choose from each day. The hotel was very accessible to the buses, and local amenities. I was able to visit quite a few places by taking a bus, which was reasonably priced. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing seemed too much. In particular, Rouselle and Eunice, but they were on duty for most of my stay, and to be fair all other staff I came into contact with were just as welcoming and helpful.
  : My room was very close to the lift, which was in constant operation. This sometimes interfered with early nights or a late morning sleep-in! There were also building works behind the hotel which started quite early and continued on for most of the day.
