  : Good communications via the Booking.com app. Very friendly and helpful - Had a power cut and the staff were very quick to sort it all out. Ideal location - only a short walk to the ferry for Valletta.
  : Beds could have been a bit softer. Better and more Cooking utensils.

  : Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, its a very spacious apartment, and the location is good.
  : The noise: we were unable to sleep for the first three nights due to people in other apartments shouting, moving furniture around and playing music at all hours. I was with my 70 year old mother who needed to sleep at night. it ruined our first days. I emailed about this but had no reply. The wifi is really useless and keeps dropping out. You cant use it for much. For these reasons, we wont be returning. There is a plethora of accommodation available in the area, so I would advise spending your money elsewhere.

  : Not have a good communication, we ask for a towel and pillow and this never came out, so we have one of this family without the basics. Also when we choose this apartment it suppose to have a balcony and doesnt have it. Not have enough tissue paper, soap for wash dishes

  : The Airconditioning is extra and buying it didnt work and had to be done manually. The apartment pictures are misleading. Staff doesnt respond when you try to collect your security deposit at the end of your stay. Staff is rude. You can hear everything that happens in the whole apartment complex.

  : After reading recent reviews we were slightly worried about some aspects regarding reduced electrical supply which had in previous weeks caused problems, but everything was fine and worked well. Lift a little slow sometimes but always came, shower very powerful and aircon lovely and cold, beds comfy enough and apartment clean and ready when we arrived. Nice penthouse terrace, slightly spoiled by the adjacent cranes but wasnt expecting anything other than rooftops, so was ok with it. Checking in and out was easy and the staff very helpful, even got our cases brought to the apartment for us. Location worked well for us, only a few minutes to the bus stops and not far to Sliema ferries
  : Strange noise occasionally through the night which we couldnt fathom but put down to water being drawn in other apartments. Foyer to Rose Court a bit grim but as a residential block with shared access for visitors and tenants it didnt really cause us any problems, just an observation. Apartment size was just right for us 2 with a bedroom each but personally I think youd struggle with more than 4.
