  : The location of the hotel and the room view was perfect! The breakfast was exceptional, with freshly squeezed juices available. The staff in the hotel is very friendly, Marko was very much admired by our kids.
  : At the time of the reservation, we pointed out that we wanted a room on the first floor, but our room was on the second floor.

  : Maybe just was my chance which was noisy day.Especially when the noises come from the another room like laugh and talking with voices, called the reseption and explained what is the problem and ask for warning them , they said me that they will do check out.And like 7:30-8:00 in the morning the staff was working to change smth in the window. They didnt care about the client. I was so disappointed to stay in this hotel.

  : Generally, the stay in Astoria was beyond my expectation. First of all, they upgraded our room to superior suite with amazing sea view, from the living room and the bedroom! Secondly, the staffs were very nice and helpful~ especially the receptionists. (I don't remember the name of the girl who checked in for us. She's the sweetest hotel staff I've ever met! ) The food in their hotel restaurant was so delicious. We had lunch, dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. I still miss the seafood risotto there~
  : There's one thing that disappointed us a bit. When we checked in, we were told that the hotel restaurant offered 20% discount to their guests. However, when we asked for the bill and the 20% discount, the waitor said we had to show them room card before hand, which we didn't know. We kind of had some argument about that and paid for full price. Even though the money wasn't that much, we were very upset about the rule. Anyway, after a while, the receptionist came to our room and returned the money to us. So it wasn't that bad, but I think they need to inform the guests more details about the discount. In places we traveled, it never happened before.
