  : The contact person does not speak English at all, this made it quite impossible to collect the key, she kept saying 'OK, OK' on the phone, while me standing somewhere in the nearby (not obvious at all how to find the place!!!) waiting for her to give us some instructions. Advice: her daughter speaks English flawlessly; probably it would be a lot better idea to give her as a contact person in the future. The air conditioning system is quite poor, only one room had the facility. Poor kitchen facilities: no toaster, no coffee machine, no oven, etc. No working TV. Also, it is probably too cramped for a family, as for space ideal for two people. But the worst thing above all is that the staff did not speak any other languages but Montenegrin, and did not try to come up with a possible solution for this existing problem, for instance take your phone, download the Google Translate App, record what you want to say and show your guest the translation, it's that easy.
