: The place is exceptional, the location is a bit further out of Tivat but on the Porto Montenegro side and makes quite of a good walk to downtown. it is reconstructed old house with stone walls, modern interior and mediterranean style. Amazing views from the property and around. Facilities are also excellent. Nice outside seating/dining area and fantastic local fish restaurant just next door
: The house is next to a church and you will be hearing Church Bell every half an hour Not that it bothered us much:) Probably we were the first clients for a long time or for the season (late April) and some parts of the house were a bit dusty, one of the aircons did not work, ect. Overall small things which did not disturb dramatically our stay.

: It is a charming place, beautifully located. James was very helpful, giving us plenty of advice whenever we needed and helping to organise things. The house is perfect, especially if you enjoy cooking during your holidays and nice walks near the sea. Lovely experience!

: Very nice position away from town of Tivat, but in walking distance. Like a villa in France.
: Church a little noisy buy added to the quaintness. Wifi not good for 4 full time workers - doing quarantine, otherwise no problem
