: Location.
: The apartment was poorly equipped and not very clean. First impression was nice but after longer time I have noticed sticky surfaces, someones hair in the bed, dirty bathroom, lack of soap. It is also loud in the night but it was not a problem for me. In my opinion it was also overpriced. The place has potential so good luck with organizing it better and nicer for other guests.

: The location was great and there was AC.
: We booked last minute and the information booking was that someone was going to be there. Usually what happens in that case is that someone emails us with the details. We emailed them when we were close to arriving and they only emailed us back half an hour later :/. Then they gave us information about the parking that was indicated on booking which we wanted to know before arrival. They did not give us any discount given that we waited so much or later checkout which we asked for. Just be aware also that there are a lot of noises from outside until 1am (which is to be expected in the center a Saturday night). It didnt have black out curtains which made us sleep terribly.Also there was not enough toilet paper, the plugs were far from the bed and plates and glasses were not tidy in the kitchen. Bad experience.

: Fantastic location, very comfortable and spacious. Suits a group of friends or couples nicely. Easy going and very helpful staff
: Little noisy at night with a club below the apartment. No stove within the apartment for those who want to cook.

: Location is good, no private parking, not easy to find parking spot. All restaurants are nearby
: Old bed, old towels, old kitchen, 3rd floor, no elevator.
