  : View from the parking directly to the bathroom without any curtain. Climatisation is not working very well. No toilet paper. It's hard to have the right temperature in the shower.

  : Upon our arrival, we have been informed that the air conditioning is not working. I have a strong feeling that the hotel knew about the problem and decided to sell the room anyway. I made the reservation shortly before our arrival and also according to some of the reviews the hotel had similar problems before.Our night was terrible. The room was located at the ceiling with only two small windows, so it was extremely warm.Anyway, we have been promised that the air conditioning would be repaired the next day. I asked several times in the morning and have been assured that they are working on this.When we arrived in the evening, we realised that the air conditioning is still not working. We have cancelled the reservation for the second night and moved out. We had to pay the full price for the first night, which is ridiculous given the conditions.There were also a lot of small other annoying things in the hotel (like mosquitos near the pool), but all these are nothing compared to AC disaster.

  : Stunning views across the bay. Large room, plenty of space and possibly the comfiest hotel bed (if you like memory foam mattresses, which I do). Staff are super friendly too.
  : No tea / coffee facilities in the room. There are a lot of stairs down to front (we knew this before, its not a negative thins as the location gets the best views, Im just mentioning as the walk up and down may be hard for some).

  : Beautiful view, nice swimming pool, tasty breakfast
  : We felt lied to as the spa was out of order for THE SEASON! So we paid for a spa hotel and got a normal hotel, made worse by the fact the AC was off and we had a top floor room so it was BOILING. Reception said theyd bring a fan but never did and just left us waiting for it at 11pm until we gave up and went to sleep. The reception staff offered no help or compensation. Breakfast, though lovely when we got it, took an unreasonably long time, we waiting half an hour for a juice and a cappucino which we had to ask three different staff for. Not worth the price sadly.

  : Wonderful view and closeness to the village. Spacious rooms. Friendly service. Good and plentiful breakfast.
  : Smaller things:- Poor AC in the rooms - we had junior suite and bridal suite and both were quite hot even with max AC- Slow restaurant service: Breakfast took 1 hour to arrive- No privacy whatsoever from the junior suite - you can see from the parking lot directly into the toilet and to the roomBigger issue:We booked this hotel because of the junior suite with a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi didnt work. They tried to fix it but didnt work out. We said were happy to switch rooms. The only other matching one didnt have AC working, so of course we couldnt change. We were really gutted about the jacuzzi not working, it was the reason we booked this hotel. We complained five times, when in the end it couldnt be fixed during the holiday, how did they handle when we asked for compensation? They tried to sneakily charge our credit card for the full amount before talking to us. When it didnt work, they explained that the jacuzzi always has problems in this area - maybe jacuzzi should not be advertised at all if this is the case. In the end after lots of back and forth we got 10% off. Not good enough but happy to be out of there.

  : Location and the view.
  : Our experience didnt get off to the best start. We had arranged for the hotels driver to pick us up from the airport a couple of months prior to arriving. I double checked with the hotel the day before our trip that it was still all good for the pick up. We landed in Dubrovnik to find a message saying the driver was not coming and wed need to find our own way to the hotel. The staff did not seem to care and offered no proper apology, just a mere sorry when we spoke to them.Air con is old and not great, took 2 days to kick in meaning the room was unbearably hot overnight (was blowing room temp air before it kicked in).Room is very dated, could do with a refurb. Lock and key doors, so dont forget to lock the door behind you. Someone opened our door one evening without knocking!!Staff did not ask us how our stay was when we checked out, just took our money for the bar tab and said bye.We would definitely visit Perast again but we would not stay at this hotel.
