: The balcony view of the water and mountains is the reason I stayed at this property, and the views did not disappoint. I thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony and taking in the view. The host was friendly and helpful. He provided me with a little overview and orientation to Kotor along with some restaurant recommendations.
: My flights were delayed, so I communicated via Booking.com what time I would be arriving. Unfortunately, no one was there to meet me when I arrived. I waited about an hour at the cafe to get the keys to my room. However, the host sent someone from his cafe to meet me and explain when he would be arriving. The host treated me to a cappuccino while I waited and was apologetic that I had had to wait.

: Great apartment and location. 10 minutes walk to the old town and walls of Kotor. Supermarket and cafes nearby. Parking on street outside property. Swimming off the jetty across the road from the property. Small balcony for morning coffee overlooking the water.

: The best thing about this property is the seaside location, apartments above ground level have balconies with bay view and it's so much fun to have breakfast there. Despite the location on the promenade it felt quiet and peaceful. The host was very welcoming and generous, the kitchen was well equipped with a coffee machine, and in the communal space there were many things for the guests to use or borrow, like umbrellas, mosquito repellent and extra coffee capsules.
: The shower felt cramped, everything squeezed in a small space with a door that was hard to open and shut. The bedroom was not very pleasant, the window opened to the staircase and the lighting was a single bulb in the ceiling. A couple of lamps would have improved the ambience. Guests coming to the apartment should know that the name of the cafe where they are supposed to meet the host is not clearly signposted - it's the place next to the barber shop.
