  : Great location for easy access to the old town and small beach. Good parking in a garage. Jovana was very responsive on whatsapp, gave excellent instructions to din the apartment and gave a stack of recommendations in Kotor.
  : The apartment we had was outdated and needed some upgrades e.g. shower bracket was broken, shower door leaked, hot water ran out, some of the electrical sockets were broken. The pictures on the advert are a bit deceiving as the first sets of pictures show a modern apartment with a living room when actually we were given an older apartment which is lower down the reel. It is not clear when you book which apartment you will be given

  : Conveniently located near the old town in Kotor but a bit of a climb! Best use GPS coordinates to find it! Parking for the moto was great. Host was very helpful when we needed anything! No trouble with self check in.
  : Coffee press instead of a sandwich press would have been nice! The bed in our unit was not real comfy! Actually my husband said it was fine. I'm the princess!

  : Location - it's right inbetween Kotor Old Town & Dobrota so very handy for both, just a 5 mins walk (lots of steps so some may not find it accessible at all).
  : Although it's clear the photos are the correct apartment (family Two-Bedroom Apartment), they are otherwise very misleading - the condition of the apartment is very poor in comparison to the impression the photos give. There was a leak in one of the bathrooms & kept flooding the floor; in the same bathroom the shower had nearly no pressure (my friend had to use my shower mid-shower bc there was so little water pressure); the beds were uncomfortable; the blankets were grubby; the wifi didn't work very well; crockery wasn't clean; no bins in the bathrooms; no hairdryer; floor tiles chipped & unclean; the garden furniture was grubby. Overall, everything was just very shabby & worn. Really wouldn't have minded but not for 80 per night; essentially you're paying for the location & parking (which turned into a total debacle). By way of 'arrival prep', the manager sent a load of messages/videos/photos on whatsapp. Since we were travelling around the country it was very difficult to digest all the information beforehand plus it was not sent in any logical order; one crucial bit of info we missed was regarding the parking space (manager was adamant he sent a video specifically about the parking but I didn't get one through). Anyway, when we arrived we parked where we genuinely thought we could; 24hrs later the manager messaged me as turned out we parked in the wrong space so I went to move the car to find the owner of the space had blocked us in so I couldn't move our car until the manager had contacted the owner of the car to move his car so I could move our car.... Like I said, total debacle and I ended up having to move the car at 9.45pm so totally spoiled the evening. We checked out 12hrs later so the driver could have just parked in our space overnight instead of creating a mountain out of a molehill.
