  : The staff appeared very friendly, close to the beach, the room is fairly clean
  : Behind the friendliness of the staff, there was a careless attitude toward guests. I'll just list what was wrong with the expensive, two-level room: the shower leaked and sprayed in all directions; you could only use the handheld showerhead. The fridge in the room was deceptive; it was running, but the inside was warm, and our products couldn't be stored there overnight. We had to get rid of them. The light in the hallway didn't work, and it took a long time to figure out how to lock the door. The jacuzzi also turned out to be non-functional, and the worst part was the mobile air conditioner in the bedroom. It was louder than an old tractor, making it impossible to sleep. We had to endure the heat. What really disappointed us was the breakfast. There was a menu in the room, and we fell for the low prices, so we went down to the caf. We ordered an "ham" omelette, but they served us an omelette with bacon and even with the skin on the bacon. The orange juice was overly diluted, and the green tea was the worst - no lemon, no sugar. They charged us twice the amount listed in their in-room menu for all of this. My friend couldn't eat the breakfast because of the bacon, but they didn't bother to ask why. They truly don't care about their guests. It was the worst food and the worst attitude, all for a high price.
