  : The apartment is spacious, located in a good and quiet area, looks just like in the photos, it has air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom. The internet connection is very good, we worked there for a week and had no problem with the wifi. There is a dishwasher and washing machine. A supermarket is 1 minute away. Overall it is a good place to stay in Budva.
  : Although is mentioned as a facility that there is free parking available (street parking), it is very difficult to find a parking space. The building has a parking lot, but it is almost always full as there are lots of cars in Budva during the holiday season. The second day of our stay, a family came to our door saying they also have a reservation for the same apartment and they used another platform to book it (they also payed for it). From what I understood, the host told them that that platform was used once for advertising and the apartment remained listed there ever since and sometimes people book the apartment from there although the listing not up to date. It seemed to me like this situation happened before. Fortunately, the other family was very understanding and said they will look for other place to stay, but it was not a pleasant situation for any of us. The host didn't say a word about that, some apologies would have been nice. We were provided with only one roll of toilet paper for 6 night.

  : Everything what is needed to stay (dishwasher, washing machine, two TVs, microwave oven, two ACs, etc). The location is good, supermarket is close by. Host was waiting for us despite we were quite late from the
  : The smell in the bathroom was not so good during living there. Sometimes it's hard to park a car since there are no allocated space (but most of the time is doable). Not possible to launch dishwasher and leave home - card is connected with keys and without card most of the electronics stop working.

  : The apartment was absolutely wonderful, clean, spacious with all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay. The owners were warm and welcoming, and helped us out with some questions we had. Very modern interior, and in a great location to access the beach and night life around Budva!
  : Not much to say here, the only comment I would leave is that there is mould in the bathroom and I think it could be quite bad. We closed our door when sleeping and aired it out using the air-conditioning and open windows, this seemed to resolve the issue for a time. But any evaporation or hot water use would usually trigger the smell again.
